Returns & Exchanges
At T&M Fashion, our biggest goal is to serve our loyal customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to make it better.
We know that ordering online can be tricky since you are unable to touch the items or try anything on, and as a result of that, we try to make the return process as simple and efficiently as possible.
RETURNS
- All returns must be received within 30 days of the date the order shipped.
- Personalized items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return
- The product must be in its original state and packaging.
- Apparel has the original tags attached.
- Accessories have all parts of the original packaging.
- Footwear must be returned in the original box.
- Returned items must remain unwashed and unworn.
- Shipping charges are not refundable unless the merchandise is defective or the incorrect merchandise was sent.
- Shipping in non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
- Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
EXCHANGES
We will gladly accept your return of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase. You may use the return shipping method of your choice, at your own expense , cost of the exchange will be on us.

- Include a copy of your invoice with the exchange
- Exchange item(s) in the original box.
- Exchanges are done for the same item but different size (subject to availability).
- Exchanges are processed upon the arrival of the returned item and are shipped within 5-7 business days.
Note: Exchange orders will be cancelled after 15 days if not received. Personalized items are not eligible for exchange.

- Return or refund are processed upon the arrival of the returned item
We do not refund shipping costs. However, if there was an error on our part, we will email you a return label to be used at no cost to you.

REFUNDS
If you wish to receive a refund for your return items, refunds will be processed within 5-7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to the original payment account.
The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 30 days after your order was first placed.
